Q. Why has my RemoteControlEye Software stopped working? (Why can't I log in anymore?)
A. The server has undergone a major update (March 08), any software downloaded before this time can no longer contact the server correctly. Therefore you cannot log in anymore. Please update your software to the latest version on the site.

Q. Where is the application? I have opened it up from the start menu, but I cannot see it.
A. When the application starts it loads up in the System Tray. The System Tray is on the bottom right hand side of the screen, beside the clock.

You can open the application from there.

Q. Does this give someone access to my cam controls whenever they want?
A. No, we have set every session of the software to be unique. Once you are finished sharing your cam with one friend, when you close that session that friend will not be able to access the controls again.
